Description

A festive and creamy fudge bursting with holiday flavors! This rich chocolate treat is made with sweetened condensed milk and decorated with red and green sprinkles, making it perfect for gift-giving or holiday dessert tables.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Β½ teaspoon sea salt
  • Β½ teaspoon peppermint extract (optional)
  • Β½ cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)
  • ΒΌ cup red and green sprinkles (for decoration)

Instructions

  • Prepare the pan: Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
  • Melt the fudge mixture: In a saucepan over low heat, combine semi-sweet chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Stir continuously until smooth. Remove from heat and mix in vanilla, sea salt, and peppermint extract (if using).
  • Add texture: Stir in chopped nuts if using.
  • Pour into pan: Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared dish.
  • Melt the white chocolate: In a separate bowl, melt white chocolate chips in the microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring between each. Drizzle over the fudge and use a toothpick to create a swirled pattern.
  • Decorate: Sprinkle red and green sprinkles on top.
  • Chill: Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
  • Slice and serve: Lift the fudge out using the parchment paper, cut into squares, and enjoy.

Notes

  • Use high-quality chocolate for a smoother texture.
  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
  • For a softer fudge, let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes before serving.
  • Add crushed candy canes for extra holiday flair.
