- 1 large egg
For the Crust:
- 2 cans (8 ounces each) crescent roll dough
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with butter or non-stick spray.
- In a small bowl, mix together the cinnamon and sugar for the topping. Set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and egg until smooth and creamy.
- Roll out one can of crescent dough and press it into the bottom of the baking dish, sealing any seams.
- Spread the cheesecake mixture evenly over the dough.
- Roll out the second can of crescent dough and carefully place it over the cheesecake filling, sealing the edges.
- Brush the melted butter over the top layer and sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown and set.
- Remove from oven and let cool completely before slicing into squares.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
