  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional) 🌶️
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved 🍅 (optional)
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped 🌿 (for garnish)

 


Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Cook Orzo: Boil 2 cups of orzo in salted water until al dente, then drain.
  3. Sauté Garlic: In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter and sauté 2 minced garlic cloves for 1–2 minutes.
  4. Make Sauce: Add 1 ½ cups heavy cream, 1 cup broth, and a package of Boursin cheese. Stir in ½ teaspoon each of thyme, oregano, salt, and black pepper, plus ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional).
