  • ½ cup (120ml) vegetable broth
  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional for spice)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (for cooking)

Instructions

Cook the Gnocchi:

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  • Cook the gnocchi according to the package instructions (usually 2-3 minutes, until they float).
  • Drain and set aside.

  • In a large skillet, heat butter (or olive oil) over medium heat.

  • Stir in the pumpkin purée, vegetable broth, and heavy cream.
