- ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

Instructions
- Prepare a pan: Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- Make the white chocolate layer: In a saucepan over low heat, melt white chocolate with condensed milk, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and mix in ground hazelnuts and vanilla extract. Spread evenly into the prepared pan and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
- Make the dark chocolate layer: In another saucepan, melt dark chocolate, condensed milk, and butter over low heat until smooth. Stir in sea salt.
- Assemble the fudge: Pour the dark chocolate mixture over the chilled white chocolate layer and spread evenly.
- Chill: Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
- Slice and serve: Lift the fudge out using the parchment paper, cut into squares, and enjoy.
